About the role

Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in the manufacturing of construction chemicals and building materials, including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration.  As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP processes for all group companies. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, optimize business processes, and contribute to the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct feasibility analysis for projects within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and collaborate with teams across the organization to prioritize and align objectives.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet MAPEI’s unique needs.• Maintain a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 data structure, entities, relationships, fields, and data types.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Perform testing and validation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Participate in design and review sessions with development teams.
  • Configure flows and workflows to automate business processes.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for business process improvements.
  • Provide analytical support to the BI Manager, assisting in data extraction and interpretation.
  • Design and deliver training to support users across all affiliated locations.
  • Collaborate with the AMS team to proactively resolve customer satisfaction issues.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules, and instructions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of eight years of similar experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and its data structures.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Hands-on experience with configuring workflows and process automation in Dynamics 365.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus.
