We are looking for a Manager of Pre-Analytical Services Lab to join the Community team! In your role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day oversight to assigned staff and the following functions, including supporting physician and vendor contracting activities and contract management functions. We are looking for a detail-oriented team member to facilitate leadership and vision for the program. From contract compliance, to oversight of assigned staff, budget support and fiscal control, you will ensure that contract administration activities are consistent with organizational goals and objectives.Community Regional Medical Center is the largest of our three main hospitals and the flagship hospital of the Central Valley.  We operate a physician residency program with one of the nation's top medical schools – the University of California, San Francisco. This academic-affiliated, Level 1 Trauma Center features one of the largest and busiest emergency departments in California as well as a comprehensive burn center.We know that our ability to provide the highest level of care begins with taking care of our incredible teams. Responsibilities

The Manager of Manager of Pre-Analytical Services Lab oversees the pre-analytical phase of laboratory operations, focusing on specimen collection, handling, and preparation. This role is responsible for the efficient management of all pre-analytical functions, including workflow optimization, quality control, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The Manager works closely with other departments to streamline services, enhancing patient care through timely and accurate pre-testing processes.

Qualifications

Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required• Bachelor's Degree in laboratory sciences or a healthcare related field preferred  Experience• 4 years of Laboratory experience required• Prior supervisory experience required• Experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting preferred  Licenses and Certifications• One of the following is required.o CPT - State of California Certified Phlebotomy Techniciano CPTII - State of California Certified Phlebotomy Technician II
