This position is responsible for the achievement of sales targets for assigned accounts including revenue growth, volume growth, and product specific targets. This person is the key point of contact for assigned travel partners and must maintain strong relationships with all key personnel. Any needs brought forward by the travel partners are addressed by this person, from contract negotiation, to marketing, to customer service. This role involves extensive travel to business reviews and all events required by the travel partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages relationships with client team, taking ownership of any needs to build business with Celebrity Cruises
- Identifies strategic initiatives with travel partners, sets and communicates priorities
- Partners with Sales Planning to develop compensation programs, tracking and reporting
- Partners with Marketing to leverage best practices and enhance client marketing activities
- Communicates performance to travel partners and collaboratively develops action plans for opportunities.
- Works closely with internal departments developing unique initiatives and program rollouts
- Develops training and presentations for travel partner agents and/or network members
- Presents brand updates, vision, and strategy at any client forum ¿ executive team or conference setting
- Delivers performance insight to internal Sales executive team on a consistent basis
- Develops the annual and strategic business plans
- Works with cross-functional departments to insure execution of sales goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of previous sales/marketing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence and negotiate decisions
- Ability to implement and execute off of strategic direction
- Must be able to travel 40% of time to attend conferences, trade shows and to conduct sales calls, with seasonal demand. Including bi monthly visits to Miami Office
