This position is central to our ambition to simplify, scale, and modernize data at <a href="https://www.realtor.com/">Realtor.com®</a> by shifting to a modern data operating model focused on core quality, reliability, and operational excellence.</p> <p>You will take ownership of the day-to-day platform operations while also driving Snowflake platform management. You'll partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to keep data flowing reliably across the organization</p> <p>If you're excited about running trusted, scalable data platforms and enjoy marrying operational strategy with hands-on technical execution, this role is for you.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for building and owning the framework for the day-to-day monitoring and operational support of Snowflake data platform pipelines</li> <li>Own and transition the platform operations work into a dedicated, scalable operations practice</li> <li>Ensure platform stability and reliability through proactive monitoring, effective incident response, and timely resolution of technical issues</li> <li>Own SLA performance by tracking operational metrics, addressing breaches, and driving corrective actions as required</li> <li>Oversee end-to-end data operations monitoring and communicate platform performance, risks, and issues to stakeholders</li> <li>Maintain and govern operational documentation, including platform design artifacts, configuration standards, and troubleshooting procedures</li> <li>Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams while coaching and guiding the e
