Responsibilities Provides procurement support to an Entity/Department including: Coordinates and facilitates the processes of the area by ensuring the proper flow of information and/or materials and solving process problems. Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counting, data entry report generation and reconciliation. Responsible for tactical procurement of manufacturing material. Coordinate reporting of key tracking indices. Responsible for purchasing and maintaining/managing materials and services used by R&D engineers for new product development. Determines and develops approaches to administrative materials/ procurement assignments and processes Responsible for department duties which require use of planning and judgment Solves a broad range of materials/ procurement administrative/ process problems of varying scope and complexity Qualifications Some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimal 2 years relevant experience. Complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job. Practical experience with incoming inspections for critical materials such as ziplines, thin films, IC etc. Experience and proficiency with enterprise business databases and mircosoft office.
