Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking multiple highly-motivated and talented Methods Process Analysts (Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior) to support our factory-wide 2nd shift operations in Renton, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conducts analysis of current and future business environment using established guidelines.
- Contributes to the forecast, acquisition, and utilization plans to optimize resources in support of company initiatives and program business plans under the guidance of an experienced analyst, assists in the development and maintenance of Business System factory definition to be used for manufacturing planning.
- Participates in the development of labor hour estimates for new or revised production and tooling work packages under the guidance of experienced analysts. Helps monitor performance to established labor hour estimates.
- Assists in the development of integrated tool and production master schedules by developing tool and position plan/documents, tool downtimes, rate flow plans, #1 flows, and tool sequencing plans.
- Assists in the identification and implementation of improvements to processes by utilizing knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools used to maximize the efficiency of equipment and personnel and to support company improvement initiatives.
- Support efforts in the development of recovery plans including data gathering, visibility development, and monitoring status to plan, and analyzes changes to approved plans.
- Develops, implements, maintains, and statuses basic integrated shop operating plans to maximize the efficiency of equipment and personnel and to reduce inventory and meet cost and schedule commitments.
Work Authorization:
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location above.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with an emphasis in business related curriculum such as: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics or Math
- 1 or more years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing and/or production environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 1 or more years of experience working in a team environment.
- 1 or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles
- 1 or more years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
- 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience developing metrics to drive results and business improvements.
- Experience in Project Management
- Proficient in structured problem solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Strong analytical skills.
Typical Education/Experience:
Associate Level: Bachelor's degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Mid-Level: Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Senior Level: Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
Shift:
This position is for 2nd shift. Start times vary between 1:30PM and 3PM
