About the Role: Join Ellie Mental Health as a Mental Health Therapist in Albuquerque, NM, where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and outcomes.
- Utilize therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in mental health treatment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness and services.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) to practice as a mental health professional.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and client-centered approach.
- Proficient in documentation and electronic health record systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth.
- Knowledge of diverse therapeutic modalities and cultural competency.
