The Member Experience Intern will support Progyny’s Experience team by helping create clear, insightful summaries of real member journeys. These summaries play an essential role in understanding how members navigate their fertility and family-building benefits, where they encounter friction, and how Progyny can continue improving support across clinical, digital, and service touchpoints.
Progyny [NASDAQ: PGNY] is a leading healthcare company reshaping family building by providing innovative fertility benefits to millions of people. Progyny’s internship program begins June 2nd, 2026 and culminates in a presentation to senior leadership.
What you’ll do…
Lead and collaborate cross functionally across all departments to support Progyny’s growth initiatives in conjunction with requirements from leadership
Review case notes, call transcripts, system interactions, and documented member touchpoints to build comprehensive summaries of how members move through their journey with Progyny.
Assist in evaluating summaries to determine what makes an experience strong vs. challenging, helping the team refine criteria over time.
Capture themes, opportunities, and member sentiment that can be used to enhance clinical programs, digital tools, and service processes.
Help visualize the sequence of interactions a member experiences and highlight moments that influence satisfaction or friction.
Understand and analyze various drivers impacting key metrics and outcomes and provide a fact-based recommendation to the stakeholders.
Experience opportunities to use your skills in impactful projects, meetings and presentations to senior leadership.
Constantly be challenged to generate net new solutions to solve member or client problems.
About you...
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program
Strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills and ability to efficiently work with large volumes of data and pivot tables
Organized and methodical with strong attention to detail
Comfortable collaborating with and presenting to executives
Demonstrated ability to be adaptive and inquisitive; natural problem solver
Prefers to work independently with clear initial guidance/requests leveraging cross-functional resources and teams
Driven to deliver results with the ability to establish rapport, earn trust, and effectively collaborate with others
