In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the management and processing of medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and the highest standards of patient confidentiality.

Your Role:

As a Medical Records Processor, you will play an essential role in maintaining accurate and organized patient records for our outpatient clinics.

• Retrieve medical documents using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and protect patient confidentiality.
• Respond to requests for medical records from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in medical records or healthcare administration is a plus.

• Previous experience in medical records processing or health information management preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
• Proficient in using EMR systems and basic computer software.
