Medical Graft Technician - 2nd Shift

At Solvita, you’ll work in a cutting-edge facility where technology meets healthcare. In this role, you’ll help create grafts from living and cadaveric tissue and bone, ensuring each allograft meets the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and safety. This position, internally titled Processing Technician, places you at the forefront of medical manufacturing—directly contributing to life-changing transplants.
Medical Graft Technicians in our Kettering location work in one or more of the following areas: Traditional, Cellular, CNC, Dental, and Birth Tissue.

Position Details:
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
• 10% Shift Differential
Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment and Physical Activities:
• Ability to work with living and cadaveric tissue and bone.
• High attention to detail, precision in performing tasks and maintaining documentation along with good eye-hand coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team setting and follow directions.
• Accurate reporting of numbers and monitoring of error control.
• Requires heavy lifting and extended periods of standing; this is a physically demanding role.
• Some areas may involve working near high magnetic circuits or magnetic fields.
• Must be able to meet physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
