We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director to lead our medical teams and drive exceptional care across our Pennsylvania locations in Coatesville, Laurel Run, and Langhorne. In this role, you will lead the medical departments, providing strategic leadership, clinical supervision, and medical expertise to ensure the highest standards of care for individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Position Details:
- Reports to: Chief Medical Officer
- Schedule: Full-time with flexibility to choose your scheduled days (Hybrid: 4 days on-site, 1 day remotely).
- Locations: Coatesville, Laurel Run, and Langhorne, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee evidence-based treatment protocols and clinical guidelines for substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.
- Provide direct patient care, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy.
- Oversee and implement medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Lead the medical team in delivering high-quality care, fostering collaboration among physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, nurses, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, including HIPAA, DEA, and state licensing boards.
- Supervise and mentor medical staff, ensuring continuous development and excellence in clinical care.
- Ensure thorough and accurate medical documentation to maintain high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Address patient concerns and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and enforce policies for risk management and quality control.
