Role Overview:The Mechanical Engineer for Off-Site MEP and Plantroom Assembly will oversee the assembly, integration, and quality control of mechanical systems within prefabricated MEP modules and plantrooms. This role ensures compliance with specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations while contributing to continuous improvement across mechanical assembly processes.

What You'll be Doing
This role involves overseeing the assembly and installation of mechanical systems—including piping, valves, pumps, and HVAC equipment—ensuring all components are correctly aligned, installed to specification, and accessible for maintenance. It includes carrying out quality control checks, coordinating measurements and fabrication drawings, and verifying installations against design through inspections and P&ID walkdowns. The position also requires conducting detailed inspections, testing (such as pressure and leak tests), and ensuring proper labelling and compliance with project standards. Additionally, it involves providing technical support to teams, coordinating across disciplines for integrated system delivery, assisting with testing and pre-commissioning activities, and maintaining thorough documentation and reporting. Strong ability to interpret mechanical schematics and CAD models is essential for effective execution and troubleshooting.Apply for this role
