Mechanical Package Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Package Manager to join a major mission-critical construction project in Finland.

Working within a high-performing delivery team, you will take ownership of the mechanical package, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage mechanical systems from design through commissioning.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Monitor programme, commercial performance, and package delivery.
Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Support project close-out, testing, and handover activities.

Requirements

Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Previous experience delivering mechanical packages on large-scale construction projects.
Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or mission-critical project experience preferred.
Strong commercial, planning, and leadership capabilities.
