Maintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider - Manufacturing Environment – Peterborough – Up to £35,000 + Package 

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Peterborough has arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a multi-skilled Maintenance Plumber based in a manufacturing environment. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000, overtime, and progression to become a fully-fledged mechanical engineer

Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00Key duties & Responsibilities

Monitor mechanical plant
Plumbing work (Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc)
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
General building fabric
Escort specialist subcontractorsRequirements

Mechanically or Plumbing qualified - City & Guilds Level 2
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
