Under direct supervision, performs routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes. Requires use of a few simple hand tools.  Ensure work is accomplished with high quality, in a timely fashion and is compliant with all company, city, state and federal regulations.

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for quality product standards with no defects.

  • Responsible for building parts that meet customer deadlines and expectations.

  • Responsible to comply with applicable elements of quality systems.

  • Participate in continuous improvement plans/events, as required.

  • Participate in audits.

  • Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certifications as required.

  • Perform inspection of parts, does coating, labeling/boxing, and general preparation for shipment.

  • Check parts for cracks, loose connections, faulty bonds, and faulty assembly.

  • Record test results in testing log.

  • Route products for rework or salvage of usable parts.

  • Route reworked assemblies for testing.

  • Clean completed assemblies.

  • Conduct fundamental testing to test equipment setting controls, observing readings and actions of instrument checking for malfunctions.

  • Read and assemble parts according to blueprint specifications.

What You Will Learn:

  • Sufficiency with interpreting blue print specifications

  • Enhance your knowledge with CORE concepts

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. 

  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.     

  • Ability to respond quickly and adapt effectively to non-routine requests and situations with accuracy.
