Education/Experience
 High School Diploma or Equivalent
Essential Functions, Knowledge and Competencies
 Good Communication skills(verbal and written)
 Must be able to work with minimal supervision
 Must be able to occasionally lift as much as 50 lbs.
 Ability to lift 125 pounds with assistance
 Must be able to distinguish colors and shades
 Good math skills (Decimals, fractions)
 Must have correctable vision to 20/20
 Computer skills (Word, Excel)
 Must be able to read and interpret customer drawings
 Must understand the proper use of, and limitations of, standard inspection measuring and test equipment
 Ability to stand for extended periods of time (8-10 hours or more); frequent bending and twisting
Responsibility/Authority
 Alerting immediate supervisor of any problems in process or work cell
 Handling/packaging parts to prevent damage
 Maintaining a neat and orderly work area
 Authorized to stop the process upon the detection of a nonconformance or safety issue
 Maintaining an acceptable standard of personal appearance and cleanliness
 Maintaining lot control on all parts within responsible inventories

Receiving / Inventory Control Responsibilities
 Raw material inspection per established requirements
 Maintaining and controlling accurate inventories (in-inspection, stock, receiving inspection, material
review)
 Issuing material to work orders
 Ship material to heat treat and vendors as needed
 Promptly notifying Material’s personnel of material issues that may affect orders
 Obtaining a forklift license
 Daily shipments to vendors
 Aiding purchasing team in communication with vendors
 Generating purchase order for outside process vendors
 Receiving of all purchased items
 Line Clearance
