Wage range based on experience:

• Operator wages generally ranges from $20+/hr. based on experience
• Shift premiums offering $1/hour, $1.50/hour.
• Weekend shift premiums offering time and a half

Job Responsibilities:

• Continuously maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Insure timely and accurate performance of responsibilities.
• Capable of working independently to meet scheduled demands.
• Capable of taking and following instructions with minimal direction.
• Cleaning & maintaining plant.
• Emptying slitter and press dump carts.
• Cutting down make ready rolls.
• Bailing & wrapping of slitter and die cutter trim.
• Relocate and stage printed rolls from presses to die cutting, slitting and applicable areas.
• Empty poly scrim in die cutting room and applicable areas.
• Cleans work areas and returns useable parts to storeroom.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations.
