Material Handler

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Perform all warehouse duties related to receiving, shipping, and storing Raw Mat FG products as directed in designated Shipping orders. 
• Identifies and transports requested materials to and from various locations including, loading docks, trucks, and storage areas.
• Reviews shipments for quality and accuracy; reviews accompanying documents for accuracy.
• Uses protective materials and strapping equipment to protect and secure loads.
• Manages and piles drums, skids, pallets, and other supplies in specified areas.
• Assist in various cycle counting and taking of inventories
• Applies to understanding machine loading capacity and schedule, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of required items.
• Follow all standard operating policies and department/site guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable policies, practices, and regulatory requirements (OSHA). 
• Perform all housekeeping tasks necessary to keep work areas clean and safe. Performs other related duties as requested.
• Regular attendance required

  Who You Are:

• You can safely handle power lift trucks, equipment, and other warehouse equipment.
• You have Good math and written communication skills.
• You exercise responsibility for preventing loss or damage to equipment.

  For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate.   
• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience as a Material Handler, including handling the operation of a power lift truck.  
• Have 1 year of experience using a handheld scanner.
