The Finished Goods Material Handler (CONSOL) will need to be an enthusiastic self-starter with drive to learn and improve existing processes when and where possible.  This individual is responsible for various packaging, compliance, transactions, and finished goods material handling functions needed to directly support the Supply Chain Planning team and the shipping team.  This position reports to the Supply Chanin Manager and is a key on-site role located in Loveland, Colorado.   

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Display a high level of focus on customer service for consolidating finished goods from production with individual parts, sub-assemblies, kits, and accessories.
• Work closely with the production team and quality team to assess all outgoing goods for visible defects, resolve product discrepancies, or inconsistencies (goods meet general quality expectations).
• Transact parts to necessary stockrooms in Oracle E-Business Suite to prepare orders for shipping and use Kanban practices in a fast-paced environment with a continuous focus on maintaining accuracy, detail driven, high quality, and team safety standards.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent & must be able to lift (up to) 45-lbs and work overtime as needed.

• Must be able to sit, stand, move around the department & warehouse repeatedly throughout the workday. 

• Experience with MRP/ERP systems, Computer skills and data entry knowledge / MS Office or Windows.  Oracle experience is preferred! 

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Knowledge of and/or experience with Kanban inventory management practices
• Prior experience with continuous improvement and a mindset that is driven to look at processes and participate in improvement projects.  
• Time management and precise organizational skills.

The hourly range for this role is $20-25/hr.  This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible for bonus/incent
