Material Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a dependable Material Handler to support yard and warehouse operations at our Carrollton, OH location. This role requires safe operation of a telehandler and other equipment to load/unload heavy oilfield materials. Candidates must also have basic computer skills to track inventory, manage documentation, and support warehouse logistics.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate telehandler and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move heavy oilfield equipment.
• Receive, store, and organize materials in the warehouse and yard.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems.
• Prepare and stage materials and equipment for field operations.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and ensure safe working conditions.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support general warehouse and yard upkeep.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, yard, or material handling experience required.
• Oil and Gas knowledge required.
• Ability to safely operate a telehandler or similar heavy equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency (inventory tracking, data entry, email).
• Knowledge of oilfield equipment and materials strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy items in outdoor environments.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
