MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Master Schedulers to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii and Herndon, Virginia.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leads the development of the Integrated Master Schedule and coordinates schedule updates across multifunctional departments.
- Validate schedule health metrics and authorize adjustments to the critical path to maintain program alignment.
- Monitor performance against schedule baselines and lead internal teams in achieving complex milestone goals.
- Executes strategic schedule oversight for logistics and sustainment milestones across the Pacific theater.
- Validate the accuracy of task-level schedules and lead internal assessments to ensure alignment with theater-specific operational standards.
- Coordinate with Mission Partners to proactively identify and resolve schedule slips before they impact regional mission readiness.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
Senior Level
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Experience in formal schedule oversight and acting as a Functional Lead for schedule integration.
Midlevel
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Proficiency in MS Project or other scheduling software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMI-SP or PMP certification.
- DAWIA Level II in Program Management (or equivalent).
- Experience with MS Project or Primavera in a DoW environment.
