Job Title: Lead Business Analyst                                                                                          

Location: Hybrid and at Government worksite at dictated by the client.

Security Clearance: Possess a SECRET or TOP SECRET personnel security clearance

Exemption Status: Exempt

Salary: US market data minimum $100,000 - $108,000 maximum wage range. You will receive a competitive total rewards package that is applicable to the U.S. only. The salary range may vary based on experience, skillset, and geographical location.

AttainX, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for working with stakeholders to understand their business needs, analyze data and information, and translate requirements into functional specifications. The desired candidate will have a firm understanding of Department of State (DOS) Enterprise Architecture, lifecycle methodology, modernized consular systems, and 10 plus years relevant industry experience. The candidate must have an active SECRET or TOP SECRET clearance. 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Minimum of ten (10) years of industry experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of Department of State Consular Affairs experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and information.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project management frameworks.
• Familiarity with help desk practices, procedures, guidelines, and requirements.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize work effectively.
• Experience with various web-based software applications including Jira, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
• Must have an active SECRET or TOP SECRET security clearance.

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. 
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for developers, testers, and other team members.
• Create functional specifications based on business requirements. Regulate and assess changes to requirements and their impacts.
• Work in conjunction with project manager, and systems analysts to build test plan, business test scripts. Trace test plans/scripts to requirements from business case to implementation solution to ensure accurate results.
• Provide oversight in help desk practices, procedures, guidelines, technologies.
• Provide quality assurance audits and reviews.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including use cases, business process diagrams, and other related materials.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, and other research to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide artifacts (Business Requirement, Functional Requirement, Navigation maps, knowledge base articles, etc.) and educate the support team. Provide input to production support when necessary.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members to ensure that project goals are achieved.
• Review end user training documentation and assist in training if needed.
