Marketing Technology Manager

Our Marketing Technology team is seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Manager and Product Owner who will be responsible for coordinating the firms email service platform Pardot, as well as other related marketing technologies such as Seismic. The role will coordinate our client service program as well as handle all required communications to our mutual fund shareholders. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of email marketing and automation, along with experience in project management and data analysis. This individual will play a critical role in driving the success of our email marketing campaigns and in helping to grow our business. This is a hybrid position located in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities
• Own and run the Pardot email platform, including the development of email templates and building of automation workflows.
• Maintain the vendor relationship; troubleshoot and resolve issues; champion improvements and new capabilities. Support other internal users with troubleshooting and coaching.
• Lead the integrations of Pardot and Seismic with Salesforce and other marketing technologies to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
• Conduct QA/UAT analysis, document and communicate findings
• Take the lead on technical email development and delivery within Pardot and Seismic.
• Collaborate with Strategic Marketing & Client Engagement to implement effective email marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement marketing emails for marketing managers with provided content and design. Collaborate and support fellow team members to ensure the successful emails.
• Apply Litmus to build and test emails and templates across browsers, test options and email clients.
• Lead all aspects of our Client Service email program to provide financial advisors with the information they need to support their existing investors in our products. Facilitate monthly and quarterly emails while working with content providers and compliance.
• Coordinate communications for mutual fund product changes; identify relevant impact to execute financial advisor and shareholder communications. Lead production and delivery of required communication to shareholders including statements, prospectuses, financial reports, tax, account servicing, etc. Run proxy campaigns when needed.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years relative experience in email marketing, marketing automation, and related technologies
• Proficient with HTML, CSS or drag and drop template builders to develop responsive, impactful emails.
• Experience with ESP, CRM, and marketing automation tools; Seismic, Pardot, Salesforce, and Litmus
• Experience with CRM standard processes: segmentation strategy, list hygiene, end to end campaign setup and management, automation optimizations, testing strategy, and template creation
• Knowledge of standard methodologies in email design and A/B testing
• Demonstrated understanding of taxonomy, metadata and process implementation. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven organizational and project management experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
