Marketing Specialist 

San Diego, CA

Your Tasks:

Responsible for developing and executing activities that promote marketing initiatives for North America and the Miltenyi brand. Collaborates cross-functionally to evaluate effective campaign performance and ensure messaging, branding, and delivery of tactical marketing materials are cohesive.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing communications, messaging, and collateral materials for North America; this will help to generate targeted content for both print and web channels (e.g. brochures, newsletters, advertising, and social media posts).
• Manage the project workflow of MarCom projects by ensuring projects are properly assigned through the marketing management system, delivered on time, and completed with all necessary reviews.
• Coordinate and prepare quarterly data for our internal stakeholders on our marketing performance and campaign success by using dashboard visualization tools such as: Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Word/PowerPoint/Teams. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Acrobat/InDesign/PhotoShop/Illustrator.
• Support and enforce brand style guidelines to our internal stakeholders and external vendors by delivering Miltenyi messages to customers.
• Manage purchase requisitions and orders for MarCom materials, as well as print file inventory for all HQ produced marketing collateral.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree, in Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field required; At least 6 months experience in a marketing or a communications role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge:

• Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Word/PowerPoint/Teams.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Acrobat/InDesign/PhotoShop/ Illustrator.
• Knowledge of customer account data management and CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies. Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python (or comparable tools).

• Ability to think analytically and balance strategic and tactical needs.
