Position Title:           Marketing Professional  

Hours:                        Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/Week

Summary of Duties:

Serve as an in-depth resource for information on molecular imaging market,  

customer needs, industry trends as it applies to PET- and SPECT-based systems. Provide technical and clinical sales support and training. Create sales tools and customer-facing materials, such as sales presentations, brochures, videos, web content, social media posts, and other types of digital media. Lead marketing campaigns and the introduction of new PET/CT offerings, including the development and execution of product naming, positioning, internal and external launch activities, sales and marketing measures accordingly. Travel the world as an ambassador for Siemens products by attending trade shows, customer visits, trainings, and presentations. Contribute to the product portfolio strategy, product definition, positioning, pricing, and configuration. Build a collaborative network with key stakeholders (product management, research and development, sales, customers, marketing, regional business management). Work in a team environment that is committed to achieving success. 30% domestic and international travel required. Hybrid work permitted.  Must report to the Company’s Knoxville, TN office 3 days per week.

Qualifications:

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Marketing, Business Economics, Engineering, or a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or as a Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Product Specialist, or a related field. The position requires experience with the following skills: Ten (10) years of product marketing or sales experience.  The position requires experience with the following skills: Working in the healthcare industry; Knowledge of molecular imaging practices and clinical applications and how PET/CT devices function; Project Management, strategic planning, or value-based selling; Business Planning, controlling, or market segmentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including formatting documents, incorporating graphs/charts, building templates; Microsoft PowerPoint, including creating custom presentations, incorporating multimedia and building animations; Microsoft Excel, including creating unique formulas, using pivot tables, formatting graphs, and editing charts; Performing advanced tasks in Adobe Acrobat, including creating, formatting, and editing documents.  30% domestic and international travel required.
