Summary


The Marketing Manager's primary responsibility is to strategically plan, develop, and implement marketing and advertising strategies to increase the Program Impact division's market share and revenue. This role involves maintaining a strong and consistent brand image, ensuring all marketing materials and communications align with the division's values and mission. Key duties include conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and crafting campaigns that effectively communicate the company's value proposition. Additionally, the Marketing Manager builds and nurtures relationships with customers by understanding their needs and engaging with them across various channels. The ultimate goal is to boost sales, profitability, and overall brand presence, while establishing lasting connections with the company's audience. This position requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and effective communication to navigate the competitive landscape and drive business growth.


Essential Functions  

 

  • Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote CSD PI’s services and solutions. Create high-quality presentations and proposals that showcase the full range of services offered.
  • Client and Partner Relations: Leverage marketing expertise to maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and partners by delivering tailored support, actionable insights, and strategic guidance. Utilize market analysis and industry trends to identify and recommend new opportunities for collaboration and service enhancements to ensure the alignment of partnership strategies with business goals, maximizes customer satisfaction, and drives continuous improvement in service offerings.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for CSD PI products and services, providing insights and knowledge to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Cross-Unit Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with other units within Program Impact (Learns, Dripple, Access, TK202 and Works) to develop and deliver marketing content that enhances the customer experience.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget and operating plans, ensuring effective allocation of resources to fulfill marketing projects.
  • Marketing Pipeline Management: Oversee and optimize the marketing pipeline from lead generation to conversion. This includes tracking and analyzing the funnel, identifying bottlenecks, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads, and nurtures prospects with targeted campaigns and aligns sales and marketing efforts to maximize conversion rates. Applies data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve customer journeys, and increase revenue and market share.
  • Proposal Development support: Work with unit leaders to co-develop marketing plans and marketing materials that align with strategic goals in proposals.
  • Performance Evaluation: Continuously assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies. Implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular marketing performance updates and progress reports.
  • Brand Advocacy: Champion CSD’s brand, products, and services, ensuring consistent messaging and representation across all marketing channels.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the Program Impact Division.

  • Marketing and Communication expertise demonstrating in-depth knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and tools and proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies.
  • Strong marketing project management skills, including planning, organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of marketing resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities, capable of uniting various organizational units and stakeholders toward common marketing goals.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, performance data, and feedback to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Commitment to representing and advocating for CSD’s brand, mission, and values in all marketing efforts.
