Marketing Intern Chiampou Travis Besaw & Kershner (CTBK) is a locally owned and operated full-service accounting firm based in Amherst, NY. With over 140 talented professionals on our team, we provide businesses and high net worth individuals with assurance, accounting, tax, and business consulting services. As our Marketing Intern, you would be assisting our Marketing Manager for approximately 16-24 hours per week). This internship is designed to extend through multiple semesters based on performance. We would like this internship to start no later than December 2025/January 2026 and be in office.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with all media activities, including advertisement, press release creation and distribution
- Assist with creating social media marketing content that aligns with firm vision and culture
- Provide presentation and proposal support to our accounting and consulting team members
- Maintain client pipeline and new business reporting – weekly
- Assist with the development and execution of firm wide marketing plans
- Updating and maintaining firm website
- Other tasks as assigned by Marketing Manager
- Student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or other related field
- Motivated and reliable team player
- Driven to provide exemplary customer service
- Eager to learn and actively shares ideas
- Responsive and detail oriented
- Committed to maintaining confidentially
- Strong professional written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience using various design software
