The US Vaccines Team is seeking a Marketing Director for the SHINGRIX brand. The successful candidate will have a proven record of marketing strategy development and execution, leadership and commercial goal attainment.  You will be reporting to the Senior Director, SHINGRIX.

As Marketing Director, your key Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• Strategic Planning and Execution focused on growing/managing the SHINGRIX brand for current and future success.   
• Annual Business Planning: Lead for Strategic and Operational Planning throughout the year
• Lifecycle/ Pipeline: Lead for lifecycle label updates and commercial assumptions for long range forecasting.
• Business Performance: Lead for brand/portfolio health meetings and reviews 
• Business Monitoring: Lead monthly reviews with Forecasting, Finance, Supply to diagnose business performance at customer segment level for SHINGRIX.

 Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

• BS/BA with minimum 6 years of relevant pharmaceutical commercial experience
• Experienced leading cross-functional teams, and driving successful execution from strategy

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA
• Prior experience in Vaccines
• 8+ years marketing or other relevant commercial experience
• Minimum of 2 years of strategy development preferably in complex environments
• 3+ years people leadership experience or leadership across a diverse group of matrix partners with demonstrated outcomes
• Minimum 1 year experience with lifecycle planning/ business analysis
