Marketing Development Representative

This role is a key part of the sales organization, focused on generating qualified opportunities and helping accelerate revenue growth. You will research prospects, understand their needs, engage decision-makers, and turn inbound interest into high-quality sales meetings. Working closely with marketing and Account Executives, you will help build a strong and predictable sales pipeline across independent healthcare practices. The role combines prospect research, consultative communication, qualification, objection handling, and sales development in a structured training environment. You will continuously develop your sales skills while learning how to communicate customer value effectively.
