Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to contribute to the Shared Services team in the NYC office. 

This individual will assist the Ingram Publisher Services (IPS), Shared Services marketing team with implementation of various marketing strategies, activities, and communication plans targeting various audiences across multiple lines of business and products. The Shared Services Marketing Coordinator will have a unique opportunity to learn about book distribution by working with some of today’s leading independent publishers, including Grove Atlantic, Harvard Business Review Press, Haymarket, Gestalten, and Annick Press.

The candidate for this role will possess strong organizational and time-management skills, help with content creation, social media posting, conduct research, data analysis, and track campaign results. Additionally, this individual will work with the Sr. Manager, Marketing Services on ad hoc projects for the Shared Services teams, and collaborate with various internal departments in the execution of projects, ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-efficient implementation. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Book industry experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides support and assistance with the tactical execution of sales marketing and brand marketing plans across the shared services sales teams, strategies, and programs.
  • Implements various projects within designated timelines using marketing resources available. including online marketing, content marketing, PR, partnerships, promotions, and traditional outbound pushes.
  • Maintains ongoing day to day, weekly and monthly marketing operations including newsletters, co-op, social media, and website updates.
  • Works with the Sr. Manager, Marketing Services to develop relevant and accurate content and coordinates the production of marketing materials.
  • Works with management, coordinates the production of marketing materials, projects, and tasks from start to finish, working with deadlines.
  • Supports Senior Manager, Marketing Services on all aspects of client publisher queries and support, including regular publisher communication, sales reporting, and following up on leads with sales managers as needed.
  • Participates in client publisher meetings, takes minutes, and acts on action items identified during meetings; supports with client publisher education across brands on best practices for success in the shared services channels.

Hiring Salary Range: <$31.21/hr – $44.29/hr>.  This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position and will be determined by factors including but not limited to:  applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
