Marketing Communications Intern – Summer 2026

Job Overview 

Pella Corporation, one of the largest manufacturers of windows and doors in North America, is seeking a PDSN Communications Intern for the summer of 2026. As a leader in innovation, Pella offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and innovative industry. 

This individual will play an active role in supporting our PDSN team across all business segments. Responsibilities are dynamic day to day and will include support for activations for portfolio brands across segments and channels to ensure compliance with process, brand, and legal. This person will interact with internal creative and content resources, media/advertising agency partners, segment, digital and product marketing teams, legal team, and outside suppliers to ensure communications developed are consistent with the Brand strategies and Brand and legal Guidelines.

A successful Marketing Intern should be detail-oriented, reviewing marketing materials, website content and documentation for accuracy and brand alignment. 

• Assist in special projects and presentations

• Manage project work and provide status updates 

• Review and edit marketing materials

• Conduct competitive research to inform strategic objectives

• Team player with strong communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Design, or Interior Design. Nice to have: Graphic Design experience.
