Marketing Campaign Manager, Grade 8, exempt, $66,399.16 - $92,958.82 per fiscal year, commensurate with experience.Senior Marketing Campaign Manager, Grade 10, exempt, $76,020.39 - $106,428.53 per fiscal year, commensurate with experience.
Lead Marketing Campaign Manager, Grade 12, exempt, $87,035.75 - $121,850.05 per fiscal year, commensurate with experience.
Job Description Summary:
This position plays a supporting role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across various channels and multiple business units. Responsibilities include production, measurement of all campaigns, and using results to steer future strategy and aid business decisions.Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Campaign strategy and planning
- Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with overall business goals.
- Utilize market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy and messaging under the guidance of brand managers and marketing leadership.
- Assist in developing comprehensive campaign briefs outlining objectives, target audience, messaging, creative direction, and success metrics.
Campaign execution and management
- Participate in overseeing the creation of compelling and effective campaign assets, including copy, graphics, videos, and landing pages.
- Segment lists of clients and partners into appropriate groupings under the guidance of brand managers and digital marketing leadership.
- Monitor campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement campaign tactics across various channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize tactics and drive continuous improvement.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with brand managers, event strategists, creatives, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration across all marketing initiatives.
- With guidance, collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute campaigns and leverage additional expertise and resources when needed.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Continuous improvement and innovation
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and innovation.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and identify key learnings and areas for improvement.
- With guidance, identify opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and workflows to streamline campaign execution and drive efficiency.
- Participate in a culture of experimentation and testing to uncover new insights and opportunities for growth.
Represents Sourcewell and Marketing
- Represent Marketing at internal events, board meetings, and retreats.
- Represent Sourcewell at civic and social functions by attending local, regional, state, and national meetings and conferences.
- Attend and present at conferences, tradeshows, meetings, and other public events.

Additional Job Description:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in marketing, business, public relations, communications, or related field, AND Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in marketing campaign management, digital marketing, or related roles
OR
A combination of related post-secondary and/or professional education and demonstrated relevant work experience to a total of six (6) years. - Minimum of one (1) year of marketing campaign management experience
In addition to the above, the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager required qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s in marketing, business, public relations, communications, or related field AND five (5) years of demonstrated experience in marketing campaign management, digital marketing, or related roles
OR
A combination of related post-secondary and/or professional education and demonstrated relevant work experience to a total of seven (7) years. - Minimum of two (2) years of marketing campaign management experience
