ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

•  Work closely with the Business Development Director to operationalize goals into clear marketing.

• Disseminate information to referral sources on facility services and programs.
• Facilitate educational presentations related to mental health, mental illness, chemical dependency.
• issues to schools, referral sources and community and governmental agencies.
• Collect and analyze data on other inpatient and outpatient facilities/programs and the types of services
  offered.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly marketing and referral reports and analyses.
• Provide administrative oversight of marketing activities.
• May participate in health fairs and facilitate special service-related events.
• First line contact for referral sources to notify them of their referral’s admission status.
• May be responsible for organizing alumni activities.
• Develop and implement community relations activities for a specific target audience.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing or related.
  health or social services preferred.
• One or more years’ experience in sales or marketing preferred.
• Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance coverage and have access to an
  automobile, where facility requires
