Nexmos Design is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, coordinating projects, and contributing to the overall success of our branding initiatives. Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities

• Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content

• Coordinate and track marketing projects to ensure deadlines are met

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports

• Maintain the marketing database and update client information as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• High attention to detail and organizational skills

• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus
