Marketing Assistant

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Convert podcast transcripts into SEO-optimized blog posts using AI tools and manual editing
  
• Manage social media accounts, connecting with potential contacts and sending templated messages
  
• Transcribe podcast audio into written documents
  
• Post and optimize blog content on WordPress sites using Yoast SEO
  
• Assist with various administrative and marketing tasks as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing, preferably in content creation or social media management
  
• Familiarity with WordPress and SEO optimization tools like Yoast
  
• Strong written communication skills in English
  
• Ability to follow detailed processes and instructions
  
• Basic understanding of podcast industry and content marketing
  
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content generation
  

Scope:

• Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within the typical Pacific business hours
  
• Work remotely, aligning with client’s time zone
  
• Handle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
  
• Collaborate with the agency team to meet client objectives
