Marketing Analytics Specialist (Remote. NA Eastern time zone or France, UK &I, CH, DE, SP)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our digital marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Analytics, this role will focus on the execution of data analysis and reporting initiatives to support the strategic decision-making processes across our marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, an understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Management: Gather and manage data from multiple sources, including Google Analytics and Salesforce.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels to assess their effectiveness and efficiency. Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights on customer behavior and campaign performance.
  • Reporting: Develop regular reports for the marketing team and senior management, detailing campaign results, ROI, and other key performance indicators.
  • Insight Generation: Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights that can guide marketing strategies and tactical decisions.
  • Tool Management: Utilize and manage analytical tools and software to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of reports and dashboards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members, including digital marketers and market researchers, to align data analysis with overall marketing goals.
  • Innovation: Continuously seek improvements in analytical techniques and data handling to enhance the overall effectiveness of the marketing analytics function.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing analytics role.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics software and tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM Analytics, SQL, and Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Additional Qualifications a plus:

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and their integration with marketing platforms.
  • Advanced certification in analytics or data management tools.

Reporting Relationships:

  • A part of the Digital Marketing team at LHH, reporting to the Director of Marketing Analytics.

Location:

  • We offer a fully remote work environment. We prefer candidates in US eastern, GMT, or GMT +1 time zones, but will consider qualified candidates in a variety of locations.
