JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting directly to the President of CDR Maguire Engineering in our Warrendale, PA office, this role will be responsible for preparing a wide range of communications, conducting research, coordinating schedules, marketing activities, and ensuring efficient business operations. This position will also be responsible for maintaining filing systems, tracking company performance, managing accounts, and overseeing budget-related tasks.
Local candidates preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Operational
· Preparing and composing various communications, including memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other forms of correspondence.
· Creating and revising documents ranging from letters to reports, as well as developing presentations and instructional materials.
· Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, distribute appropriate communications; ensuring that everyone is kept current with necessary company news and information.
· Establish and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
· Plan strategies for streamlining and improving business operations.
· Track company performance against KPI’s/strategic plan.
· Manage accounts, tasks, emails, perform bookkeeping, expense reports, and manage budget.
Marketing
· Research competitors to stay current with similar services and strategies in the market.
· Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitor offerings.
· Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies.
· Develop marketing strategies and deploy our brand and image according to current company standards, in a variety of strategies that attract customers to our services and potential new employees to our company.
· Help outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
· Ability to do creative work – a key part of the job.
OTHER PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
· Contribute to process improvement initiatives by actively engaging in continuous learning and professional development.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and willingly take on special assignments as required.
· Other duties that may arise from time-to-time and/or are commensurate with the title and position.
Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· Minimum 2-4 years related experience.
· Demonstrated experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
· Detail-oriented, strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
· Exceptional communication skills, including writing, developing presentations, creative content, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe InDesign and CRM), and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
· Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent goal setting, strategic planning, and motivation skills.
· Ability to work in fast-paced environments, with teams and collaborate.
· Experience with a variety of personalities and backgrounds in the workplace.
· Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment.
