As a vital member of our US Clinicians Commercial team, you'll leverage your medical expertise to help us bring the next-generation resource to physicians. This is a crucial role that supports market expansion and, true to an entrepreneurial spirit, offers a variety of responsibilities across market strategy creation, business development, and marketing. You will work closely with the Director of the US Clinicians Market plus multiple marketing specialists, institutional sales managers, and product development experts, including physician editors and technical product managers.

Today, approximately 500 people work for AMBOSS, attracting top talent around the world in software engineering, medical writing, and commercialization. Twenty-five percent of AMBOSSians are physicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling marketing messages through written copy and visuals that reflect our unique brand and offering for the physician audience.
- Gather necessary data and inputs to help assess the impact of key commercial initiatives and opportunities on achieving market goals.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other deliverables based on project requirements.
- Bring measurable impact through marketing KPIs, business goals and direct feedback from our physician customers.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing experts (marketing managers, graphics team, video team, CRM team…), product specialists (product managers, engineers…), institutional sales teams and market leadership.
- Build a skill set for career advancement by gaining the fundamentals of marketing principles, go-to-market strategies, and market growth drivers, while also expanding your technical skills (e.g., data sheets, presentation software, CRM systems).
Qualifications:
Required:
- You must be a physician (licensed medical doctor).
- You must be a native English speaker.
- You must have a deep understanding of the needs and pain points of physicians in training today in the US (medical students and residents).
Preferred:
- You completed residency education (graduated from a residency program)..
- You have prior business, commercial or marketing experience.
- You have prior creative or medical writing experience with portfolio examples.
Skills:
- Exceptional writing abilities - crafting compelling copy that captivates audiences, with a mastery of grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure
- Effective communication skills - both internally and externally, coupled with strong presentation abilities
- Creativity and innovative thinking - approaching projects from a unique perspective to come up with fresh, original ideas.
- Results oriented - make changes based on qualitative feedback from key opinion leaders and quantitative KPIs

Work Location: Preferably at one of our AMBOSS offices (New York City, Berlin, or Cologne), with the option for remote work at your location.
Work Hours: Full time position (40 hours per week). Hours flexible, but must accommodate meetings with colleagues in home office time zones (Berlin, New York)
