Job Responsibilities:

Essential Functions of the Position:

• Receiving of purchased parts and materials into the computer and storing them away.

• Pulling components for assembly.

• Storing away parts manufactured by Drive (Finished Goods as well as Work-In-Progress Goods).

• Stage and load product for shipping to the customer.

• Performing cycle counts.

• Actively participating in all day-to-day activities in Logistics Department: housekeeping, safety programs, training courses, meetings.

• Perform additional work based on supervisors or managers assignment (special assignments, handling of returnable packaging, repackaging, etc.)

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

Manufacturing Environment:

10% Standing and walking

90% Driving fork lift

Some heavy lifting involved (up to 50 lbs.)

Education

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

 

Work Experience

• Prior Logistics experience, preferred

• Must exemplify excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication skills (written and oral).  

• Good mathematical, analytical and organizational skills. 

• Able to work in various locations within and outside the plant.

Pay range: $19.55 - $24.48 per hour
