<table> <tbody> <tr> <td> <p>The Manufacturing Technician 1 is responsible for the assembly and test of assigned Cadwell products to documented specifications. Products are Class I and II medical devices, therefore meeting quality and productivity standards is an essential requirement of the position. This position is located at company headquarters in Kennewick, WA.</p> <p><strong>Key Duties / Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform assembly and functional testing following documented specifications to complete assigned Cadwell sub-assemblies and final assemblies</li> <li>Construct and test cables to documented specifications</li> <li>Program and test circuit boards to documented specifications</li> <li>Maintain paper and electronic quality and materials records as required</li> <li>Report defective materials, and any actions or conditions not aligned to department standard processes to department manager</li> <li>Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition, and follow prescribed safety procedures and regulations</li> <li>Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as required per P.M. charts</li> <li>Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education / Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Associate degree in related field, or 2 years of related education/experience is preferred</li> <li>Experience with assembly of complex electronic assemblies preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Knowledge / Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Basic skills for electronic assemblies, such as hand soldering, wire crimping, basic hand tool usage, use of appropriate electronic instrumentation inspection, and part number interpretation; read and interpret assembly drawings; basic skills with oscilloscope, power supply, and voltmeter; basic knowledge of circuits and PCB schematics</li> <li>Basic competency in computer skills: MS Office and Google applications, and database systems</li> <li>Good oral and written communication skills, including receiving, understanding and following oral and written instructions, information, procedures and schematics</li> <li>Complete tasks as directed with minimal supervision, with precision and within defined schedule</li> <li>Work both independently and as an effective member of the team</li> <li>Critical success factors include attention to detail, receive and follow instructions and assignments, and meet given priorities and deadlines</li> <li>Must develop knowledge of Cadwell products, and their parts and assemblies</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Requirements
