Manufacturing Process Technician

We are currently seeking dedicated Manufacturing Process Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, supporting various production activities. No prior experience in manufacturing is required, but it is desirable. Candidates must be flexible to work any shift and demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and relevant regulations to ensure product quality and safety.
• Operating manufacturing equipment and performing production activities according to standard operating procedures.
• Completing documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Performing in-process testing and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues and participating in process improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring a clean and organized production area.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.

Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a GMP or other regulated environment.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical or biotechnology products.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
