Mini-Circuits’ sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive website. Position Summary:
The Operations Coordinator will support Mini-Circuits’ High Reliability (Hi-Rel) and Up-screening program. The candidate will partner with engineering, test, manufacturing, and production planning to drive excellence into the operations processes with a focus on production planning and product transfer to manufacturing. The primary goal is to manage the execution of manufacturing operations, including preparation and initiation of manufacturing orders.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
Job Function:- Hi-Rel Program Management & Manufacturing Coordination
- Work cross-functionally with various teams including Applications, Account Managers, Operations and Quality on Hi-Reliability products.
- Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Support lead time and best ship calculations.
- Lead material analysis and project requirements analysis by product including collaboration with engineering test and fixturing teams to ensure test materials are available.
- Daily prioritization, expedition and maintenance of the manufacturing schedules to ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
- Creating, updating, and approving production routings.
- Foster continuous improvement for the new product introduction process and product transfer from applications to manufacturing.
- Support and work very closely with MCL Production departments to ensure proper work distribution and assignments
- Understand the production flow and how to handle issues that may arise.
- Work closely with the Manufacturing Control department to assist with production related issues.
- Project Management
- Develop and maintain project management tools using Microsoft Smartsheet.
- Review schedules with program management, manufacturing departments, production control, purchasing and engineering to ensure resource availability and on-time deliveries.
- Escalate any issues to relevant stakeholders including Applications, Quality which impacts schedule and expected on-time completion.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain (Logistics, Operations Management, Business), a technical field (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering) or related field of study.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- 3-4 years of manufacturing or operations experience.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, including process improvement and quality assurance.
- Proficient in the use of Project Management, ERP (SAP, MAPICS, Oracle Netsuite or similar), and PLM tools (SmartSheet, Arena PLM desirable).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power point) including database management (sorting, filtering, categorizing are essential).
- Experience in fast paced production environments and/or high-mix low/mid-volume production.
- Detail-Oriented and extremely well organized.
- Strong reading, writing and oral communication skills.
- Technical background including basic understanding of reliability/stress tests are a plus.
- Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is a plus.
- Aerospace and Defense experience is a plus.
- Having SAP experience is a plus.<
