The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a First Line Manufacturing Manager (Level K) to join our Propulsion team located in Everett, Washington.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our Propulsion team as a key component in advancing our automation initiatives. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of automation technologies and methodologies, playing a crucial role in enhancing our production processes and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manages, develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support
1+ years of experience advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet organizational goals
Ability to optimize organizational structure and operating rhythm to meet strategic goals
Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives
3+ years of experience in a leadership role leading inclusive teams, initiatives and projects to meet business objectives, collaborating cross functionally and influencing positive change

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $136,000 - $146,500
