Job Description & Skill Requirement:
a. Cycle time reduction: Increase the overall efficiency of the assembly process from 520 mins to 210 mins.
b. Eliminate Downtime: Achieve a 100% reduction in unscheduled downtimes related to the wait time of the current hoist operations, ensuring continuous operational flow.
c. Cost-Effective Processing Implementation: Deploy the Approved material handling and assembly operations.
d. Optimize Scheduling and Process Flow: Utilize Discrete Event Simulation (DES) techniques to refine scheduling and balance the assembly operation, ensuring optimal utilization of the developed system within the production line.
e. Present findings and develop concepts of improvements per field follow Process Study activities.
Qualification:
- Engineering Degree or related technical degree
