Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage the manufacturing processes, methods, and equipment designed to ensure materials that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. Ensure that these manufacturing processes, methods, and equipment meet or exceed the requirements of our ISO 9001:2015 Certifications and are consistent with established standards, customer specifications, and production goals. Perform roles and responsibilities in accordance with direction from the Process Engineering Manager.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements
- S. degree in Material Science or Engineering is desired and often required.
- Journey-man machinist, tool & die or other related skillset highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years related manufacturing experience is desired.
- Prior experience working with manufacturing processes that utilize CNC & Manual Machining Equipment (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.) is desired.
- Trained in Fanuk controllers and in depth knowledge of G&M codes highly preferred.
- Trained in the use of Fusion - AutoCad, Solid Edge or other modeling computer software is desired.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems in an ISO 9001 is desired.
- Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean/Six-Sigma Manufacturing techniques is desired.
- Experience with developing/documenting procedures is required.
