Position Summary:

• Learn about all parts of the medical device development cycle under one roof. From initial prototyping to all the way to final manufacturing.
• Carve your own path and develop the skills you want with one-on-one mentoring from experienced engineers.
• And most of all, provide support to build products that change lives.

General Responsibilities:

• Daily production support including defect investigations, equipment maintenance, and operator support.
• Continuous improvement opportunities in production.
• Concepts of lean manufacturing.
• Fundamentals of process development and validation in accordance with FDA regulations.

Skills and Experience:

• Actively pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Ability to perform time studies and video tape manufacturing process (TimerPro Software experience a plus).
• Previous SolidWorks or other 3D modeling experience.
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with functional groups.

Education:

• Actively pursuing a Bachelors preferably in industrial or mechanical engineering.

Compensation Transparency:

• Targeted pay range: $22/hr. - $25/hr.

Travel Requirements:

• No travel required. Position is 100% on-site
