Job Description
TCC Manufacturing Engineer
Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to deliver products and/or systems to meet strategic goals for the company. The position will be responsible for managing project(s) to support business objectives within the organization. The role lead projects, work within a team of engineers and cross functionally collaborate with other departments to serve customer needs
Status: Salaried, Exempt Position Type: Full-time (Occasional Overtime Required)
Hours: 40-45 hrs Schedule: M-F
Reports to: Plant Engineering Manager
Key Roles
- Interact with internal/external customers to understand the specifications for projects
- Have in depth knowledge of one or more product lines in each value streams
- Lead engineering projects involving design of new and existing products and processes
- Utilize 3D printing and other prototyping methods to develop concepts
- Assist internal departments or project teams in support of strategic goals and customer requests
- Continuously identify ways to improve processes and problem solve in a disciplined way
Required Competencies

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a manufacturing setting. May be subject to the current local wec3ther conditions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. Position Type/Time Expectation
This is a full-time salaried position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, typically 7am-4pm, with some flexibility.
