If you want to work with the most talented people on Earth furthering space exploration for humanity, come join us.</p></div><p>Vast is looking for a <strong>Manufacturing Coordinator</strong>, reporting to the<strong> Manager, Manufacturing Operations,</strong> to support Haven-1 Manufacturing within the Integration team and the development of the systems that will be required for the design and build of artificial-gravity human-rated space stations. This role is responsible for coordinating, ensuring material delivery meets with schedule timelines. You’ll be working cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams to maintain production flow and resolve any blockers proactively. As the coordinator for the Avionics Lab, this individual will be responsible for working with the Avionics Manufacturing leadership team to ensure that all deadlines are met.</p> <p>This will be a <strong>full-time</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>non-exempt</strong> position located in our&nbsp;<strong>Long Beach</strong>&nbsp;location.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Shift hours:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>First Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and monitor the flow of avionics hardware through harness, electromechanical, and battery assembly operations to ensure schedules and build priorities are maintained.</li> <li>Work with manufacturing technicians, engineers, and supply chain teams to ensure materials, components, and tooling are staged and ready for upcoming builds.</li> <li>Track work order status and hardware readiness including components, harnesses, and documentation required to support avionics assembly activities.</li> <li>Identify and escalate issues impacting production schedules such as material shortages, tooling
