 As a Product Delivery Associate in [Insert team name or sub-LOB], you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles.  Job responsibilities
  • Responsible and accountable for executing  testing related tasks for multiple projects, including Test Execution, Defect Triaging and Test Reporting
  • Responsible for ensuring comprehensive test coverage exists by understanding the business requirements,  testing scope and level of effort needed for any project that is impacting Rewards and Benefits, 
  • Manage test execution of such projects to verify validity of the code against all requirements
  • Responsible for defect management and making sure that all project stakeholders are aware of the test execution progress along with defects by providing regular communications and  feedback.
  • Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
  • Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in test execution and defect management
  • Minimum of years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Proven experience in adhering to established  testing processes,  procedures, methodologies and  metrics 
  • Exposure to operational management and change readiness work streams
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes
