As a Manager of the Warehouse, Post Retail, and Transportation you will manage the operations of donated merchandise in accordance with established business practices and Agency policies, procedures and budget projections while being accountable for the safety and security of personnel and organization assets.

Job Functions

• Through words and actions support Chattanooga Goodwill’s Mission, Vision, and Values; furthermore, actions and decisions will align with organizational guiding principles.
• Maintain agency, employee, and participants confidentiality. Violation of confidentiality may be cause for termination.
• Achieve daily production goals sales plan by executing the Organizations procedures and best practices. 
• Hire, train motivate, develop, and supervise all warehouse and post retail staff. 
• Manage expenses, including labor, to meet budget goals. 
• Be the Warehouse and Post Retail subject matter expert on all Warehouse and post retail processes.
• Ensure that the best pricing in commodities is obtained to satisfy budgetary needs.
• Build professional relationships with brokers and salvage vendors.
• Satisfactorily complete all administrative tasks, including but not limited to timecard review/approval, reporting and recordkeeping. 
• Champion a safe working environment.
